What is a certificate of Conformity?
A
Certificate of Conformity, or CoC, is provided
by manufacturers for vehicular products that meet the
European Union (EU) standards for quality and
safety. Many products require a Certificate of
Conformity, including automotives, electronics,
appliances, cell phones, components and parts,
toys, and more.
The CoC must accompany products that are being imported into the UK. For this reason the UK DVLA requires the CoC for new and nearly new vehicles. If you have lost your CoC or bought a vehicle without a CoC, call us or E-Mail us if unsure.
